Unless stated otherwise, Oracy Spark owns or licenses the intellectual-property rights in its website, Spark Hub, Spark Generator, original prompts, PowerPoint presentations, downloadable resources, text, illustrations, graphics, branding, selection, arrangement, design and related materials.

A current paid membership or subscription gives the named individual or licensed school limited permission to use the content included in their plan for educational purposes, as described in the Terms and Conditions. Individual memberships are available to teachers, tutors, home educators and families. This permission does not transfer ownership of Oracy Spark’s materials.

Teachers, tutors, home educators and families may use a Spark Generator result they create for their own permitted educational use, within the scope of their membership. Staff at a licensed school may use generated results for that school’s permitted educational use. Generated results may not be unique. This permission does not grant ownership of Oracy Spark’s branding, underlying materials or service.

Downloadable resources, including PowerPoint presentations, may be downloaded and retained by the named individual or licensed school for their own permitted educational use. They must not be forwarded, distributed or shared with individuals, schools or organisations that are not covered by the relevant membership or subscription.

Except as permitted by the Terms and Conditions or by law, Oracy Spark’s protected materials must not be republished, sold, sublicensed, systematically downloaded, shared outside the people covered by a plan, or substantially reproduced to create another resource or service without prior written permission.
