2. How Oracy Spark uses cookies
Essential cookies: needed for security, network management, page navigation, checkout, member login, subscription access and other functions requested by the visitor. These cannot usually be switched off through our consent tool.
Functional cookies: remember settings or provide enhanced features.
Analytics cookies: help us understand website use and improve performance.
Marketing cookies: measure campaigns or support relevant advertising, if we use them.
Wix and connected services may set first-party or third-party cookies when they provide hosting, security, member, payment, analytics or embedded-content functions.
3. Consent and choices
Where consent is required, non-essential cookies are not activated until the visitor chooses to accept the relevant category. Visitors can accept, reject or change their choices through the cookie banner or the “Cookie Settings” control on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use.
Essential cookies are used without consent only where an applicable legal exception allows this. Blocking essential cookies in a browser may prevent login, checkout or other requested functions from working.
4. Current cookie details
The website’s Cookie Settings panel provides the current cookie inventory generated for the live site, including the cookie or provider name, purpose, category and duration where available. That live inventory forms part of this Cookie Policy because the exact cookies may change when Wix or a connected service is updated.
Before publication and after adding a new Wix app, analytics tool, embedded video, advertising pixel or other integration, we will rescan the live site and check that each non-essential technology is categorised and blocked until the required choice is made.
5. Browser controls and third parties
Most browsers allow users to delete or block cookies. Browser settings operate separately from the website consent tool and may affect functionality. Third-party providers process information under their own privacy information as well as their contractual obligations to us.
